SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Vilblooms Floral Design Studio, we are proud to deliver handcrafted florals throughout Pompano Beach and surrounding areas.
Delivery Area & Fees

Within 5 miles of our studio (900 East Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33060): Standard delivery

5–10 miles from our studio: $20 delivery fee

Beyond 10 miles: Please call us at 754-755-6120 to arrange a special delivery
In-Store Pickup
Customers are welcome to pick up orders directly from our studio at 900 East Atlantic Blvd, Shop #2, Pompano Beach, FL 33060 during regular business hours.
Delivery Hours

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: Closed
Special requests outside these hours may be accommodated when possible — please call to inquire.
Holiday Delivery
During major floral holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we extend our delivery hours until 8:00 PM and offer Sunday delivery to ensure your loved ones receive their flowers on time.
Order Timing

Orders may be placed up to 3 months in advance. For weddings, large events, or special occasions, longer lead times can be arranged — please contact us directly.

We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure availability.

Same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume, florist availability, and stock. Please call 754-755-6120 to confirm before placing a same-day request.

For custom designs, weddings, and events, we ask for as much advance notice as possible so we can source the right blooms and design with care.

During major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), we recommend ordering at least one week in advance to guarantee availability.
Deliveries to Hospitals, Funeral Homes & Businesses
We are happy to deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, schools, and businesses. These deliveries may require specific timing or coordination — please include the recipient's full name, location details (room number, ward, service time, etc.), and any timing requirements when placing your order.
Recipient Availability
We do our best to deliver flowers safely. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the arrangement at the door, with a neighbor, or at the front desk (for businesses) at our discretion. We are not responsible for arrangements left in accordance with delivery instructions.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check the recipient's address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional delivery fees may apply.
