REFUND POLICY

Because our florals are handmade with fresh, perishable blooms, we have specific policies in place to ensure both quality and fairness.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order (for example, due to unexpected stock shortages or florist unavailability).

  • The order was delivered to the wrong address as a result of our error.

Damaged Arrangements

If your arrangement arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. To request a replacement:

  1. Notify us within 2 days of delivery by calling 754-755-6120 or emailing info@vilbloomsfl.com.

  2. Include a clear photo of the damaged arrangement.

Once we receive your notification and photo, we will arrange a replacement as promptly as possible.

Cancellations

Standard orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed, as our florists begin sourcing and preparing your arrangement immediately. Cancellations may be considered in special circumstances at our discretion — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss a cancellation.

Wedding & Event Orders

Refund and cancellation terms for weddings and events are governed by the signed contract for that specific event. Deposits and timelines vary based on the scope of the event and will be outlined clearly in your contract before booking.
