A legal disclaimer
Vilblooms Floral Design Studio does not offer refunds on fresh flowers. Damaged flowers or live plants by us or by delivery will be replaced by us. Non-perishable items are refundable within 15 days. Arrangements filled with other florist are non-refundable.
